These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the vai taka betting platform ("vai taka", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the vaitaka.bet website or mobile application, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

To open an account and use the betting services on vai taka, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may only create one account.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required to create an account.
• Your account is for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

After registration, vai taka reserves the right to verify your identity. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.

Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

The following rules must be strictly observed when betting on vai taka. These rules apply equally to all members.

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless vai taka offers a cash-out option in specific cases.
2. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, vai taka will settle the bet according to its own rules.
3. Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
4. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
5. Bets placed on a single event from one account may not exceed the maximum allowed limit.
6. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, vai taka may suspend or void the bets in question.

Vai taka offers betting markets across cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and more. Sport-specific rules are available alongside the relevant betting markets.

When using the Cash Out feature, the value at the time of cash out is final. Cash Out may not always be available — this depends on the event status and vai taka's discretion.

Deposits and withdrawals on vai taka can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 1–24 hours
• KYC Verification: Must be completed before withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The balance in your account may only be used for betting purposes.

Vai taka does not charge any transaction fees. However, your payment provider (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) may apply their own fees, which are the user's responsibility.

In cases of suspicious financial activity, money laundering, or fraud, vai taka reserves the right to immediately suspend any transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.

Vai taka regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering amount must be bet first.
• Wagering requirements are typically 5–20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time frame — any unclaimed bonus will expire and be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household cannot claim the same bonus.
• Vai taka reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

Bonus abuse — such as intentionally placing opposing bets to meet bonus requirements ("arbitrage betting") — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be voided and the account may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vai taka platform:

• Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to vai taka's systems.
• Accessing or stealing another member's account credentials.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Misconduct or threatening behavior toward vai taka staff.

Vai taka accepts no liability for the following:

• Missing out on betting opportunities due to internet connectivity issues.
• Any loss caused by issues with your device or software.
• Delays caused by third-party service failures (payment gateways).
• Losses incurred during unexpected technical outages.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions — all betting risks are entirely your own responsibility.

Vai taka strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service at all times. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. vai taka is not obligated to provide compensation for any such disruptions.

Vai taka may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• When fraudulent or irregular betting activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails or the required documents are not provided.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement or by court order.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

As part of our Responsible Betting program, you may opt for self-exclusion. Once activated, your account will be automatically suspended for a set period.

Vai taka reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will follow the process outlined below:

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.
• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
